Brian Goldstein has focused his practice on representing clients in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout Kansas and Missouri, as well as serving as coverage counsel for numerous insurance companies. He has been involved in representing clients in a wide spectrum of practice areas, from routine personal injury cases to complex damage cases in the fields of professional malpractice, business/contract disputes, products liability, employment discrimination, defective construction, and wrongful death. Mr. Goldstein was born and raised in the greater Kansas City area. Mr. Goldstein and his wife, Tamara, make their home in Overland Park, Kansas and have three daughters, Leah, Marisa, and Julia.

John Landwehr joined CVDL in 1984 after serving as an Assistant Attorney General under John D. Ashcroft for three years. He practices in the areas of estate planning, business formation, personal injury, real estate and commercial litigation. He also represents professionals in licensing matters. He enjoys solving problems so that his clients can be successful. John’s “hobby” is local politics. After serving seven years on the City Council in Jefferson City, John was elected Mayor in 2003 and re-elected in 2007 for a second term that ended in April 2011. He has stayed active with local issues by serving as President of Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri, and the Diocesan Planned Giving Committee. John received his B.A. (1974) and M.A. (1975) in Philosophy from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981.
