I was born, raised and grew up in Orange County, getting married and raising three children within the local community. I graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in history in 1994 and went to Chapman University Law School; graduating from this institution in their inaugural class. Since being admitted to the bar our firm has been practicing mostly bankruptcy law amassing thousands of cases discharged for our clients. Marilyn Thomassen is a practicing lawyer in the state of California. Ms. Thomassen received her J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1984.

During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. Attorney Alexis Galindo graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in real estate and finance in 1982. In 1985 he graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Galindo also attended Oxford University, Queens College, Oxford, England on a fellowship for International Business Transactions. Mr. Galindo has been a California Real Estate Broker for over 25 years. Mr. Galindo, has been a member of the California State Bar since 1988 and is admitted to practice before the California Supreme court, California Courts, United States District Courts, and U.S. Appeals Court, U.S. Court of Claims. Mr. Galindo is married with three children. When Mr. Galindo is not working he is swimming, scuba diving, boxing, and running.

Elizabeth Afriyie is a California-licensed attorney, a litigator, and an MBA. With her extensive experience and expertise, Elizabeth confidently represents California businesses in a wide range of business-related disputes, including employment disputes under California and federal labor regulations. She has litigated contract disputes and employment disputes under California labor regulations, including claims of sexual harassment, disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and wage and hour disputes. Elizabeth has extensive experience in simplifying and advising California employers on compliance with ever-complex state and federal regulations. She is the author of the regulatory compliance book CODE-COMPLIANT: California Employers Guide to Understanding and Complying With California’s Employment Regulations, a testament to her ability to make complex regulations understandable and manageable. Elizabeth has drafted various business contracts for California businesses, from simple employment and arbitration agreements to complex commercial contracts such as triple net leases, management agreements amongst physicians, medical corporations, and their management entities, and SEC-compliant private placement memorandum (PPM) for private investors. Her vision is to take a research-led and holistic approach to law practice. While she delights in robustly defending the interests of California businesses in litigation, she also seeks to provide competent advice on compliance matters to businesses to help mitigate their risks of lawsuits and liabilities.

Mr. Mullick’s first interest was in science and engineering, with work experience in aerospace and electronics. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Mullick finished his academic education with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ventura College of Law, Ventura, California. He taught Economics and Law at the University of Texas at Arlington and Dallas, Texas. He has been practicing law in San Bernardino since 1990. During the past thirty years, he has effectively served his clients with commitment and integrity, and the courts have recognized his efforts for the advancement of the law by publishing opinions from three of his cases. These opinions are widely cited as current law by well known trial attorneys and prestigious law firms alike. Mr. Mullick has pushed the envelope of law for plaintiffs in Civil Rights, Indian Law, and Native American Sovereignty cases. Attorney Wade specializes in civil litigation, conducting jury trials in complex cases and in helping individuals and businesses in every phase of their development. He has been practicing law for almost twenty years. He also has served as both a judge pro tem and an arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and has guest lectured at Stanford University.
