Charlie focuses his legal practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security disability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, general civil litigation, and employment law. Charlie served as Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Crystal City from 2004-2007. Charlie has been a guest speaker and lecturer for various civil organizations and educational programs, serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College and guest lecturer at Jefferson College and currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Jefferson College.

Over his career, he has acted as leading counsel for numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Macy's, Dial, Mallinckrodt Chemical, Kroger, TWA, Express Scripts, Johnson Controls, and Owens-Illinois, along with insurance companies such as AIG, Traveler's, Liberty Mutual, Guide One, and Republic Insurance. Mark is also experienced at criminal defense, having worked previously as a military policeman and a MEDICO-Legal Investigator for St. Louis City.

Tor Hoerman is a nationally recognized attorney who has served in the field for more than twenty-five (25) years. Having garnered success leading the pharmaceutical branch at the Simmons firm, Tor amicably decided to split from Simmons in 2009 and start his own pharmaceutical and personal injury practice called TorHoerman Law, LLC (THL).
