Chris Johnson is a native of Philadelphia and graduated from the William Penn Charter School. He received an academic scholarship to the University of Delaware where he majored in Economics and also competed on the Division I Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field teams. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in December 2009 and immediately went into private practice with the firm of Shanese I. Johnson & Associates, P.C. Karen Ulmer is an attorney licensed to practice in both PA & NJ. Ms. Ulmer founded the law firm in 2001, concentrating her practice in the area of family law. Ms. Ulmer grew up in the Lower Bucks area. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Duke University in Durham, NC where she was the president of the Psychology Major's Union. She obtained her J.D. degree in 1995 from Widener University School of Law and where she served on the SBA and continues to serve on the Board of the Alumni Association since 2005.
