Ms. Myers joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. on January 8, 2018. Ms. Myers received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University Law School. During her law school tenure, Ms. Myers served as Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review and was one of the founding members and treasurer of the Asian American Pacific Islander Law Student Association. Ms. Myers also participated in the Juvenile and Family Law clinic where she served as Guardian Ad Litem in family related matters to help resolve disputes of parenting time and decision-making responsibility. Ms. Myers also appeared in the Porter County Juvenile Court as a public defender for individuals facing contempt charges for failure to pay child support. Ms. Myers was a recipient of the Hoeppner, Wagner & Evans Scholarship for outstanding commitment to the law school and was awarded the Scribes Award for demonstrating the highest levels of legal professionalism and excellence in legal writing. In May 2017, Ms. Myers was inducted into the National Order of Scribes. Ms. Myers is sympathetic to the emotional strain many families endure in the field of domestic relations. Mr. Schneider concentrates on representing injured parties, plaintiffs, in car crashes, slip and falls, insurance bad faith and wrongful death litigation. He has obtained substantial recovers on behalf of his clients through settlement, arbitration and trial. Mr. Schneider began his career working for the insurance companies working both as an employee of Farmer’s Insurance, and as an outside counsel attorney for several insurance companies. Through his insurance defense practice, Mr. Schneider defended many cases through jury trial with excellent results. In 2009, Mr. Schneider changed from working for the insurance companies to helping injured parties. He started with the Gaiennie Law Office in Denver where he successfully argued the case of Silva v. Wilcox before the Colorado Court of Appeals which allows an illegal immigrant to bring a lost wage claim in Colorado. He then transitioned to Bachus & Schanker where he flourished in their high volume setting assisting hundreds of clients obtain justice. Wanting a change to a lower volume practice Mr. Schneider has been with Larson & Larimer, PC since March of 2016. During that time Mr. Schneider has represented clients for a wide variety of claims with exemplary results.
