Upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York, classmates Evan N. Pickus and Howard S. Landsberg sought to fulfill a vision- the formation of their own law firm. Originally intending to concentrate in the areas of tax and estates, Mr. Pickus opened his office in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and Mr. Landsberg opened his office in Long Island, New York, with the intention of working together to serve the needs of residents of the respective areas. Having a prior background in accounting, Mr. Landsberg felt after a period of time that his aspirations could be better fulfilled in the area of taxation and advisory accountancy. He, therefore, left the practice and went on to a very successful career in those areas. With his practice already established in New Jersey, Mr. Pickus decided to maintain the firm and has continued practicing under the Pickus & Landsberg name since 1994. Circumstances often dictate the direction of business. Contacts and clients needing real estate services tended to gravitate to the firm, and Mr. Pickus found his niche in the area of real estate law. As much as I consider myself a legal generalist, I am also highly knowledgeable in several areas of law to be able to offer services at a level expected of an expert in his field. Upon graduation from Villanova’s Masters in Taxation program, I embarked on a career that afforded my clients the full spectrum of services from estate planning, including fiduciary taxation, to estate administration and probate. Robert L. Garibaldi, Jr. earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School after graduating with honors in accounting from Saint Peter’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree. With over 30 years of expertise, Mr. Garibaldi specializes in corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate, and banking law. For 25 years, he served as the attorney for the Borough of Glen Rock in Bergen County, managing all aspects of municipal law. His legal practice focuses on business and corporate law, municipal law, litigation, wills and estates, and real estate. Mr. Garibaldi’s accounting background has enabled him to assist clients in preparing for their futures through effective estate planning. He also brings extensive experience in banking law, having served as Chairman of the Board, acting President, and CEO of Hamilton Savings Bank. Mr. Garibaldi is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Garibaldi spent several years in public service. He was the Vice-Chairman of the Fee Arbitration Committee for Bergen County and served for eight years on the Kinnelon Board of Education. He is also a founding member of the Kinnelon Education Foundation.

Mr. Albohm’s primary areas of practice are in Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Estate and Gift Tax Matters. David M. Repetto is a Co-Managing Partner of Harwood Lloyd, LLP. Mr. Repetto practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, concentrating on probate litigation. Mr. Repetto’s practice also includes business counseling, commercial litigation and land use and zoning law. Mr. Repetto received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Fairfield University in 1979. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1983. In 1982 he attended the Institute on International and Comparative Law at Magdalen College, Oxford University, where he studied international law and business. Mr. Repetto is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1983), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1983) and the United States Supreme Court (2016). He is a New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator. Mr. Repetto clerked for the Hon. Charles R.
