She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and residential real estate. Ms. Lindsay has extensive experience in drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies. Ms. Lindsay is experienced in all phases of the probate process, including probating of wills, preparing and filing of death and inheritance tax returns, drafting and filing of disclaimers and implementing other post-mortem planning techniques. James P. Logan and his brother, William E. Logan (deceased), were founding partners in 1961 of Logan and Logan, Attorneys at Law, located in Englewood, New Jersey.
