Robert L. Garibaldi, Jr. earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School after graduating with honors in accounting from Saint Peter’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree. With over 30 years of expertise, Mr. Garibaldi specializes in corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate, and banking law. For 25 years, he served as the attorney for the Borough of Glen Rock in Bergen County, managing all aspects of municipal law. His legal practice focuses on business and corporate law, municipal law, litigation, wills and estates, and real estate. David M. Repetto is a Co-Managing Partner of Harwood Lloyd, LLP. Mr. Repetto practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, concentrating on probate litigation. Mr. Repetto’s practice also includes business counseling, commercial litigation and land use and zoning law. Mr. Repetto received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Fairfield University in 1979. Gregory C. Ein is Counsel to Harwood Lloyd, LLP’s , Wills, Trusts and Estates Group. Kathleen M. Lee is a Partner with Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department, specializing in commercial litigation, environmental law and estate litigation. Ms. Lee also has experience with employment, contracts and real estate matters. Ms. Lee received her B.A. in Journalism and History from the University of Connecticut in 1993.
