Early Career in Woodworking As a young man, Mr. Marcolus made a living as a carpenter in construction. He joined the NRCC Carpenters Local #253 Union, of which he is still a member to this day. While working in construction, he witnessed firsthand the abuse and mistreatment that injured workers received from employers and insurance companies. Partner, Nicholas J. Repici, is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law; Public Entity Defense; Education Law; and Land Use, Planning and Zoning Law Practice Groups.
