August 2016 settled a wage act claim where client had already signed a release with his employer, for $80,000.00, prior to filing the Complaint. In June 2016 Attorney Mann settled a claim with a large pharmaceutical company for $56,000 for violation of the Federal Medical Leave Act for wrongfully denying leave to an employee whose son was recently diagnosed with autism.he case for $65,000.00.
