About Taso

Taso earned his BA in Communications with a concentration in Film from CUNY Queens College. Taso attended New York Law School, where he focused his studies on Entertainment, Intellectual Property, Construction/Development, Corporate and Business Law, Admiralty/Maritime and Real Estate.

During law school Taso clerked at the Law offices of Konner, Teitelbaum & Gallagher in Midtown, Manhattan assisting the firm’s attorneys in closing commercial financing on behalf of lenders and in the acquisition or sale of commercial properties.

After law school, Taso worked as an Associate at the Law Offices of Jaffe & Nohavicka (Jaffe & Koumordas) at 40 Wall Street, where he focused on Insurance Law, Subrogation and Real Estate. While working at Jaffe & Nohavicka, he developed the Asbestos Removal Defense Unit, which specialized in representing and advising environmental contractors. At J&N, Taso was the youngest attorney ever to be published in the New York Law Journal on Construction Law.

At Mavromihalis, Pardalis & Nohavicka, LLP Taso manages the operations of the firm. Taso focuses his practice on entertainment matters, shareholder disputes , construction litigation and contract claims.  Taso also handles all of the firms real estate transactions and also represents all of the firm’s clients with respect to acquisition or sale of their business.
