I have personally done about 80 criminal jury trials. I have either prosecuted or defended thousands of defendants. I might hold a record in New Mexico for the largest number of petit jurors excused "for cause" after voir dire: 54.
I can't promise you that I can wave a magic wand and make everything go away. But the truth is, I have come close to doing just that in the past. I know how the system works. I know what the DA's are doing. If it's possible to do it, I probably CAN do it.
I have frequently saved defendants enough money in either bond or in the following lawsuit to pay for my entire fee. If you will be patient, and let me do my job, I believe you will be very pleasantly surprised.
