How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Lawyers should have a strong knowledge of the laws that affect their practice areas and the practical application of those laws from a litigation standpoint.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?We can provide an outline of the issues and information regarding the necessary actions to obtain relief in the matter.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?During an initial call, we need to know what the facts of the case are and the amount of the damages claimed.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We offer fast service, same-day response times on new and existing cases, and have an excellent track-record of successful case resolutions.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?From the beginning of the case until the closing letter, I am always working to ensure that by the end of the case the client will be thrilled with the result. When the end of the case is reached, it is rewarding to hear the clients repeatedly thank me for obtaining a successful result. I dedicate my time to the firm's cases as if it were my own case.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I enjoy target shooting, working on cars, skiing, and spending time with my family.
Are you involved in your community?I take on pro-bono and reduced-fee work to assist those without the financial means to hire a lawyer. I am also involved with the local bar associations and regularly attend out local church.
