State v. George Hinds: Description: Client accused of child molestation. Accuser was cross-examined and admitted to evidence which was inconsistent with physical evidence. During closing argument, attorney demonstrated the impossibility of accuser's story. Result: Not Guilty all counts. State v. Beverly Hall, et. al.: Description: Prosecution of City of Atlanta Public School employees for cheating on standardized tests. Result: Probation & Record Expungement. United States of America v. Butler: Description: Client accused of operating marijuana grow house. Police testified that they could smell marijuana plants from outside home. We presented an expert witness who testified that smelling the plants was impossible. Result: All charges dismissed. State v. Osaghae: Description: Self-Defense to shooting former business associate who entered client's home after being warned to stay away. Result: Not Guilty all counts.
