I received a call from a first responder, who sustained life altering injuries while on the job. It was apparent that she would like never work again. Liability (legal responsibility for the collision) would be hotly contested, so I retained a reconstruction consultant to gather critical EDR (car black box) data and I gathered evidenced to establish the defendant was legally responsible in days (not weeks) after the collision. The client needed multiple surgeries over 6 months, which I guided her through many doctors' appointments and sleepless nights comforting her fears and anxiety. Given how quickly and completely work was done on her case, the defendant's insurance carrier tendered the entire $3 million insurance policy limits and our client had a recovery: monetarily, physically and emotional through a very difficult time in her life. I love helping people in need.

One-on-one, personal service. I take time to explain the legal process case from the beginning though the final resolution of their case. My clients have my personal cell phone number so they can reach me when they need answers or a comforting person to talk with while they are trying to get through life changing injuries. I keep my clients informed and updated about developments in their cases. Simply, I treat my clients like they are my best friends and family.
