Cases
Mr. Carrington successfully litigated and settled a major wrongful death case against the United States Government, involving an immigration detainee who was denied access to lifesaving medication while detained at the Federal Detention Center in Sea Tac, Washington. Mr. Carrington also successfully represented a Washington resident who was accidentally shot and severely injured by his hunting partner. Mr. Carrington brought suit against the shooter and was able to negotiate a policy limits settlement with the shooters' home owners insurance company prior to trial.
