He devotes the majority of his practice to defense of Federal charges in the Eastern District of Tennessee, specializing in drug offenses and white collar offenses, such as income tax fraud, Medicare fraud and social security fraud.
The judges of the Federal Court in the Eastern District of Tennessee have recognized Mr. Martin as having particular skills in the defense of Federal criminal charges and have appointed him to the Criminal Justice Act panel of the court.
He also represents clients charged with felonies in Sullivan and Washington Counties.
Since Mr. Martin is a sole practitioner he can provide clients with a significant amount of individual attention.
