Client in passing advised me that his mother in law been in an auto accident a year earlier and had back problems as a result. She had not wanted to make a claim on the case as she did not think there was liability on the other driver. I recommended that we at least have a conversation. My approach is very informal as I know visiting a lawyer can be stressful and expensive. I provide free initial consultations for all cases, and for injury or medical malpractice there is never a fee unless a recovery is made. My office seeks to establish a very comfortable, friendly relationship with clients, who often become friends. Our legal services are competitive with any firm in the state, but our edge is the way we treat our customers.

Legal competence in the case you have is key, but many lawyers can provide that service. You should look for a lawyer you feel most comfortable with, who can perform the services you need timely and for a reasonable fee.

Depending on the case, we provide as much detail in terms of what we can do for the client, as the client requests. This includes the approach we take to a case, the fee we charge, and who can be called/texted/emailed for updates and questions. We seek to provide as much feedback and responsiveness as the client requires, as we realize their case is the most important one to them.

We will ask basic questions in an initial call or in-person consultation. The client does not need to have all the answers, just a basic description of what has occurred, the reasons they are seeking help, and what kind of remedy or financial resolution they are seeking. We can then provide clear, straight-forward answers regarding our ability to help, and what we would charge for the services.
