Chris is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice group at Thomsen Nybeck. Chris concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, criminal law, employment law, and real estate law. Chris has represented clients in a range of legal arenas, including jury trials, court trials, mediations and arbitrations. Chris also has significant experience with appellate work, including brief writing and oral argument. Chris practices in the field of criminal law both as a prosecutor and defense attorney, including currently serving as the prosecuting attorney for the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Chris serves as a legal writing instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School, a position he has held since 2003. Chris has been honored to be included on the Minnesota Law & Politics list of Rising Stars on multiple occasions, as well as having been selected by the Wall Street Journal as its LawBlog Lawyer of the Day.
