How did you build a successful practice?By providing effective representation for your clients and obtaining maximum results. This builds trust with existing clients and results in additional referrals.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Experience in the industry. I spent 14 years on the defense side working for insurance companies before opening McCrary Law Firm and representing the injured parties. Also, you want an attorney with actual litigation and trial experience. I have been working 17 years as a litigator. Many attorneys don't have that experience and are fearful of the courtroom.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?It is very helpful to know the local judges and jury pools. It helps to determine the value of a case and the likelihood of success.
