Attorney Fox is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Florida as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Attorney Fox is presently an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Bar Association. For nearly 29 years, Attorney Fox has been engaged in the general practice of law and has handled a wide variety of matters on behalf of his clients representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
