Introduction: | Mr. Schwarz is an alumnus of UCLA (undergraduate) and Western State Law School (J.D.). Mr. Schwarz also belongs to the California Public Defenders Association and other statewide institutions promoting defendant rights in Southern California. Mr. Schwarz has litigated a wide variety of cases in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County courts, including complicated assault and battery matters and vandalism cases.
Mr. Schwarz is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and San Bernardino Bar Association. He is also fluent in Spanish. Mr. Schwarz has defended many complicated criminal matters throughout southern California. Mr. Schwarz has had the District Attorney dismiss many drug offenses charges where the defendant was facing serious time in jail. Mr. Schwarz is very skillful in getting excellent results for his clients. Many clients that have been charged with drug possession cases or more serious possession for sale cases have had their case dismissed in court by Mr. Schwarz's skillful representation. Mr. Schwarz knows many if not all of the courts in Southern California. He is familiar with most of the District Attorneys as well. Mr. Schwarz familiarity with the judicial system in Southern California will give any defendant he represents a major advantage in getting their case resolved in their favor.
