Deirdre R. Wheatley-Liss, Attorney

Ms. Wheatley-Liss specializes in transactions in the areas ofBusiness Planning, Taxation, Estate Planning and Administration, and Elder Law, with afocus on e-commerce, closely held businesses, non-profit organizations, retirement benefits, asset protection planning and Medicaidplanning. Her clients include both businesses and individuals with planning needs. She is also the managing shareholder of the Firm's Technology Committee.

Ms. Wheatley-Liss' continuous pursuit of knowledge distinguishes her from other practitioners in her fields. She has an LL.M in Taxation, an advanced legal degree. She has also been accredited as a Certified Elder Law Attorney.

In order to educate both the public and the legal community about issues relating to Ms. Wheatley-Liss's areas of practice, she is a frequent lecturer and author of legaland consumer-orientedarticles. Ms. Wheatley-Liss is a founding and active member of the Long Term Living Association,an advisory group of local professionals that provides education to the public about preparing for long term living, and addressing immediate elder care issues. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Probate and Real Property Section and Tax Section; New Jersey Bar Association, Tax, Real Property and Probate Section and Elder Law Sections, and New York Bar Association, Probate Section, as well as the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
