Jaelynne C. Lay, Attorney

Jaelynne C. Lay obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas Austin in 1999 with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting.  Ms. Lay obtained her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2006 receiving numerous CALI Excellence Awards for highest honors.

Ms. Lay joins Anticouni & Associates LLP with a broad range of civil litigation experience including business and real estate litigation, bankruptcy, construction defect, creditor and debtor rights, employment, insurance defense, intellectual property, personal injury, premise liability, and securities litigation.  Her ambition is to right the wrongs suffered by individuals including trying cases to favorable outcomes for her clients.

Ms. Lay was admitted to the California Bar in 2007.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Santa Barbara Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association where she contributes as a committee member on the executive Courts and Justice System Committee; the community Access to Justice Committee; and on the Animal Issues Committee.  Ms. Lay is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association.
