James L. Boring, Of Counsel

Jim Boring is senior counsel to HALE BALL MURPHY, PLC PLC. Mr. Boring is experienced in business formations, organizations and reorganizations, tax, tax ligation and disputes with the IRS, probate, Wills, estate planning and administration, trusts and trust administration and wealth transfer planning. Prior to joining HALE BALL MURPHY, PLC, Mr. Boring was the senior partner in the law firm of Boring & Pilger, P.C., Vienna VA. He was a law clerk to the US Court of Claims and on the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation of the US Congress. He has been a speaker at numerous bar associations on taxation, trusts, estate planning, probate and wealth transfer planning. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the American College of Tax Counsel.
