- Represented a car racing parts supplier in the negotiation and closing of a complex commercial transaction involving a loan workout, real estate sale and leaseback, and new loan origination.
- Represented domestic property owner in negotiation of the sale of foreign investment property.
- Represented multi-location commercial tenant in connection with lease workout negotiations.
