I'm a veteran trial lawyer and a skilled negotiator with a successful track record. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve won every case I’ve set for trial, including cases that were dismissed on the first day of trial.

For the past 20 years I've handled thousands of DUI cases, including alcohol and drug-related (including Marijuana) DUI/DWI cases, felony and misdemeanor Injury-related DUI's, Administrative Hearings, including DMV Admin Per Se (APS) actions in alcohol-related DUI cases, Felony reductions (PC17b), Expungements (PC1203.4), Jury Trials and litigated motions (i.e., PC section 1538.5). I also handle Personal Injury cases, negotiating a $250k settlement in my last case. "PI" cases take time. Before your can make a proper monetary demand to the insurance company handling the claim, there has to be some medical "certainty" regarding the nature and scope of the injuries, and the prognosis for the future. Even so, it's important to speak with an attorney sooner than later, before filing a lawsuit, in order to begin the work that is necessary to get the best results. In some cases where a police report exists - DUI injury cases, for example, obtaining the report as soon as possible can provide important information that can add weight to the claim, or help establish liability. It's also advisable to report any and all symptoms to your doctor and make sure it's documented in the medical records. Like most attorneys who handle PI cases, fees are on a contingency basis. In most cases, I also agree to pay the expenses associated with the case until the case is won.
