She clerked for Attorney Chris Ralls of Ralls and Wooten in Maryville, TN. from 2008 until she obtained her Tennessee law license in October 2010. She began practicing law as a solo practitioner with a close association to Ralls & Wooten. In May 2011, she accepted an offer from a multi-state law firm to practice in its Knoxville branch office which primarily represents insurance companies in workers' compensation matters. By September 2011, she had left the insurance defense firm and returned to solo practice representing individuals and small businesses in their civil and criminal legal matters. Mrs. Loden has acquired extensive experience in child custody disputes and child welfare law. Her office is located in Kingston, TN, but she also practices in Knox County.
