I concentrate my practice in the area of real estate and business law with sub-specialty area of my practice in the field of entertainment/gaming law as well as sports and entertainment. Our office handles business and real contracts from the initial sates of negotiation and drafting through the actual closing of the business or real estate transaction. I represent a number of institutional real estate business clients, investors and private individuals in real estate transactions ranging from $200,000 to transactions in excess of $25,000,000. I am one of 427 attorneys (out of 80,000+ licensed attorneys in the State of Florida) who are certified by the Florida Bar as a Florida Bar board Certified Real Estate attorney. I am one of only a handful of board certified real estate attorneys who is skilled as a commercial litigator. I have had the opportunity of providing a high level of quality representation for my clients in Southwest Florida during the past twenty five (25) years of my practice. I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator and Civil Circuit Court Mediator.
