Kevin has over twenty years experience as a lawyer, with much of my experience coming in the courtroom as a litigator handling hundreds of cases. For thirteen years he served as a prosecutor in Baltimore City, routinely handling serious felony and homicide prosecutions. Then, for three years, he worked in private practice in Baltimore City, litigating lead paint tort cases, seeking to protect children from the effects of this toxic substance. Since 2005, he has maintained a small, private practice in Cecil County, regularly appearing in the district and circuit courts on behalf of his clients.
