About Kimberly

Kim’s legal and business skill sets allow her to work with clients across much of their personal, real estate and business transactional needs. Her undergraduate degree in marketing helped in her roles.  Her experience includes co-owner of a local business for over a decade, a corporate lawyer, a real estate broker, adjunct professor on real estate and Mediator. Twenty years of real estate, legal and business experience is an advantage in helping clients determine their goals and expectations.  Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised primarily near the military base in Fort Meade, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Since then she has lived in Baltimore and the surrounding area for more than 25 years. She is also the proud mother of three sons who attended the Carver School of Art and the Gilman School in Baltimore. Her relations with her family, friends and her clients are her great passions in life.  She enjoys keeping fit both physically and mentally in tennis and Yoga. A Meditation practice adds to her daily routine all of which provides a great sense of balance in her hectic schedule.  In Kim’s Mediation practice, she deals with conflict resolutions of any nature from life and family situations to business disputes. Her certificate allows her to handle mediation, not only in Maryland but in all Mid-Atlantic states.

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Real estate professionals refer me for disputes between buyers and sellers of a real estate contract. As a third party reviewing the dispute, I often encourage the parties to settle between themselves and avoid the conflict and cost of litigation. In other words, I set the expectations to avoid further legal action.
