How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge of the judges and jury pool can make a substantial difference in all stages of a lawsuit. Knowing a judge's temperament, the average education and income of potential jurors and their attitudes about litigation can make a difference in how the case is postured.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?We can provide our fee structure, our initial thoughts on a set of facts, and whether we can handle the case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?We need to know who the parties are, the injury, the facts, and the damages.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We do not mill cases. We are very selective in the cases we take.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Getting a good result for our clients, be it settlement or a verdict.
What are your other interests in addition to law?Spending time with my family, snow skiing, water skiing, and playing tennis.
Are you involved in your community?Yes, I am President of Bootstraps Scholarships and Loans. We provide privately funded loans to mountain area kids for college.
