Kim joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2006 as a shareholder, focusing her practice in automobile, personal injury, premise liability, and construction litigation. Kim has a strong background in automobile and premises liability, handling a variety of automobile cases through settlement or trial along with several hundred premises liability matters through successful dispositive motions, settlements, or trials.
Previously, she practiced in two insurance defense firms, representing policyholders of several insurance carriers. Kim has also represented railroad companies in crossing litigation and FELA suits. Kim enjoys trial work and has tried approximately 75 civil cases. In 2005, she was selected by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star."
