CANEZ v. PETRUCELI
Defendant: Kojo Moore was the defendant in a complaint brought against him, Fresno County Superior Court Judge Petrucelli, and Deputy District Attorney Kelly Smith. The defendants were all involved in the trial of Manuel Canez. Canez was charged and convicted of domestic violence charges. Moore was the state appointed, Canez alleges that Moore did not devote full effort to his case and was thus incompetent. After careful review of the case, the court denies Canez's appeal and the complaint is dismissed without leave to amend.GARCIA v MOORE
Defendant in a case in which a former client claimed that Plaintiff Moore failed to provide adequate representation while serving as his public defender. The Plaintiff's claim was dismissed without prejudice citing improper jurisdiction.Contact us in regards to past case results
