AFM Haque v. Chunyao Chen Case Conclusion Date: September 22, 2011 Practice Area: Contracts / Agreements Outcome: Trial verdict for my client. Defendant Appealed. Appellate Court ruled in my client's favor. Defendant appealed to NJ Supreme Court and they denied. Description: Real estate breach of contract dispute. Chavarria v. Kilcoyne Case Conclusion Date: November 12, 2009 Practice Area: Personal Injury Outcome: Jury verdict for plaintiffs for $360,000 Description: This was a car accident case where my client was subject to the verbal threshold. My client suffered bulging discs in her neck. After a three day jury trial the jury found for my client.
