Sometimes it's not the cases we are actually hired for that make the most impact on our career. I was contacted by a Veteran who was a recovering addict and was facing criminal charges. While he was not in the position to retain counsel, I guided him through the legal process and he was able to diligently represent himself pro-se. He continues to text me every few months to check in an update me on his sobriety.

I built my practice on the premise that I would rather have fewer cases but provide each client with the undivided attention they deserve. I also make myself available via email or phone 24/7. I want to be available to answer any questions or concerns my clients have throughout their case. I believe that communication is key to a successful relationship between and attorney and their client.

Reliability and communication are key factors that every client should look for from their legal representative. Specifically in New Jersey, each Municipal Court has their own set of rules and structure. It's extremely important to make sure your attorney has local knowledge of how that particular Court operates to make sure you obtain the best outcome possible.

The more information we have the better we can advise you on legal remedies and possible outcomes.

New Jersey is inundated with attorneys who specialize in criminal and traffic law. I have distanced myself from the others by providing my clients with the one on one attention they deserve. The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to help someone and provide guidance and legal expertise during a stressful time in their life. Unfortunately, clients rarely call when they have good news. I hope that my clients look back on our experience together and are able to reflect that I made a difficult situation much more manageable.

I enjoy spending time golfing and making miniature dollhouses.

I believe a major part of my success is giving back to my community. I created a softball fundraiser for a local high school senior to raise money for her mounting medical expenses related to Spina Bifida. I hope to continue my charitable contributions this year with Team Levine supporting The March of Dimes in memory of their twin daughters born premature.
