Mr. Stuart's practice focuses almost exclusively on criminal defense for individuals and entities in both
Mr. Stuart's experience in criminal defense includes the representation of thousands of clients for offenses ranging from possession of drugs to murder. Mr. Stuart has tried over 70 jury trials including acquittals on charges from first degree murder to sexual assault on a child to drug distribution to kidnapping and robbery. Prior to the founding of his firm in August of 2003, Mr. Stuart work for nearly five years as a Deputy State Public Defender. Mr. Stuart has been named a rising star in the upcoming 2009 Super Lawyer rankings.
