During her 15 years as counsel at several major firms in New York City, Ms. Sasaki represented banks and other financial institutions in private banking and commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, letters of credit, project finance and various other credit arrangements. Much of her work involved foreign banks and offshore entities.
Ms. Sasaki is a graduate of the Harvard Law School where she was an editor of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Columbia University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Sasaki is a member of the New York State Bar, the Hawaii State Bar and National Cannabis Bar Association.
