Michael received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and his Juris Doctor from Boston University.
Michael's state trial practice focuses on cases involving felony criminal charges, personal injury, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse and assault. He has represented the United States and service members in federal criminal cases, courts-martial, and administrative hearings including non-judicial punishment proceedings, flying evaluation boards, and officer and enlisted discharge boards.
