This employee hid and/or destroyed correspondence, failed to send correspondence as directed, misled or lied to clients and others, and affixed date stamps, court file stamps and judges¡¯ signatures to fictitious or false documents. Without Mr. Kelly¡¯s knowledge or direction, Mr. Kelly¡¯s employee communicated with clients and others who believed they were Mr. Kelly¡¯s clients, accepted funds from and made ¡°refunds¡± to various individuals who were ostensibly Mr. Kelly¡¯s clients, and prepared, signed Mr. Kelly¡¯s name to and filed various". As a result of the employee¡¯s failure to give messages to Mr. Kelly, he failed to attend hearings, failed to provide accountings to clients, failed to promptly provide a refund of unearned funds, and failed to promptly return client papers and property at the conclusion of
