Mr. McClellan graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1991. From 1992 until March of 1996, Mr. McClellan was affiliated with the firm of Abrahams, Kaslow and Cassman in Omaha. In March of 1996, Mr. McClellan began a law partnership with Michael D. Nelson locating in downtown Omaha. In 2005 he partnered with William Gast.
