Mike Sweeney is a New Canaan resident and has practiced in Connecticut for more than 20 years. His experience has concentrated in commercial and residential real estate, condominium developments, commercial leasing and financing, zoning, land use litigation and real property litigation. He has handled numerous complex commercial real estate developments for builders and developers in Fairfield County including office buildings, condominiums, subdivisions, and shopping centers. Attorney Sweeney is an instructor in real property law at Norwalk Community College and Greenwich Public Schools Continuing Education. He holds a B.A. degree from Fairfield University, 1980 and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School, 1983. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and in the U.S. Courts for the District of Connecticut. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Planning and Zoning Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
