Following graduation from law school, Mr. Flynn worked briefly in the private practice of law before accepting a position in 1975 as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney on the trial staff of the Office of the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney. During his tenure on the trial staff Mr. Flynn tried numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials, gaining valuable trial experience that he has been able to draw upon in his subsequent private practice. In 1977, Mr. Flynn resigned his position as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney to join his present firm where he has been engaged in the private practice of general civil litigation for over thirty years.
From 1981 to 1987, in addition to his full time practice of law, Mr. Flynn served in the capacity of Prosecuting Attorney and subsequently as a Municipal Judge, for the City of

For the past thirty-three years Mr. Flynn has devoted the majority of his time to helping injured clients and their family members pursue claims for damages and compensation for personal injury and wrongful death and has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership is limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict, award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more.
