Ninh Ma is a graduate of University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago where he earned a Juris Doctor and a Certificate in Taxation. In 2003, he established the Law Office of Ninh Ma and has served a diverse clientele in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. His clients include fortune 500 business executives, corporate franchises, medical professionals and stay-at-home moms. Ninh Ma has significant legal experience in business, tax and transactional law and brings his depth of knowledge to his dedicated practice as a family law attorney.

In his career, Ninh Ma has successfully negotiated hundreds of commercial leases and placed clients in the largest shopping centers in the United States. He has closed over 1,000 residential real estate transactions. He has discharged millions of dollars in consumer debt for bankruptcy clients. He has represented clients in purchase and sale of small businesses with total acquisition costs of over 10 million dollars.  He has successfully defended clients in National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Binding Arbitration against lawsuits alleging millions of dollars in damages, winning on all counts and obtaining award of attorney's fees for his clients. He has practiced law and represented clients before the City of Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals, the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, US Immigration Court and Cook County Board of Review.
