Born in Nebraska, Attorney Carrie M. Wilcox moved to Arizona and ultimately became the founding partner of the Law Office of Carrie M. Wilcox. Ms. Wilcox graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992 with a B.S. degree in both Political Science and English. Ms. Wilcox graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law in 1995, graduating in the top 1/3 of her class. In 2006, Ms. Wilcox was selected as one of only ten Phoenix Attorneys named as an Arizona Leading Lawyer by the Phoenix Business Journal. She became licensed in Nebraska by motion (reciprocity) in 1984 after passing the Arkansas bar, and became licensed in Arizona in 2000 after passing the Arizona bar.

Kaitlin Simone DiMaggio is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. She went to law school so she could represent a close family member after he was unjustly sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole. Her involvement in his case drives her passion to help others who are enmeshed in the legal system. During her time in law school, Kaitlin worked over 350 hours of pro bono service working on the post-conviction cases of men and women who experienced a manifest injustice or who claimed innocence. She also holds a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, and maintains her license to practice therapy. Before earning her law degree, Kaitlin earned a master's degree in counseling and she practiced as a licensed therapist.
