I represent many military personnel relating to domestic issues. I recently had the pleasure of representing an army sergeant in a divorce case. The parties had five children and the sergeant was being transferred to another state. This was a very difficult case due to the fact that the Mom was recently disabled and Dad had a full time commitment to Uncle Sam. At the end of the day we prevailed and the judge allowed the children to relocate with Dad to a foreign state.

I have been practicing for over thirty years in Oklahoma. I attribute my success to several work ethics: I come to work every day including most weekends. I listen to what my clients say and want. I never sugar coat anything. If their goals are dubious, I tell them. If their goals are morally offensive to me I tell them and advise that they go elsewhere. I return all my telephone calls and emails.

I believe that clients should first look at an attorney's competence. Other factors that are relevant are reputation among peers, experience and success rate. My reputation for truthfulness is beyond reproach and I have been commended my times by the bench.

A lawyer does not always have a winning case, but as I have said many times everyone deserves representation. That being said I know all the local judges and lawyers in Oklahoma and surrounding counties, including but not limited to Canadian, Oklahoma and Cleveland counties, all know that if I make a representation to them or the Court, it is the truth.

Generally, I will let a potential client know whether or not they need a lawyer, the chances of success in his or her particular case and what the likely costs will be.

I live in Mustang, Oklahoma and am a member of The Bridge Church. I am a Free Mason and am actively involved in all of their charitable work. I have a young son and we like to golf, fish and ski (snow board for him). We also enjoy watching movies together.
