Robert S. He has participated in countless real estate zoning, eminent domain and land use cases. He has negotiated resolution of numerous construction disputes with the State of Illinois and its Capitol Development Board and Central Management Services Department, and local municipalities.
For several years, Bob has represented as special counsel various departments of the City of Springfield including the city's electrical utility, City Water Light & Power.
Bob is the original voting representative for the firm in the State Capital Global Law Firm Group, an association of more than 100 independent law firms serving business in state, provincial and other capital cities and major commercial centers around the world.
