I base my practice on honest analysis of the case at hand, and making sure that I do not sell my clients on an outcome that I do not think is a likely outcome. You will get a frank analysis of your case, and I will tell you the best way to resolve your case to achieve your goals, in my opinion.

Clients should look for someone who understands the charges, their client\'s situation, the effect that the case will have on their client, experience, and interest in the case.

Local knowledge is one of the most important things an attorney can have, knowing which judges to proceed to trial in front of, enter a plea in front of, or avoid can be the lynchpin in accomplishing a client\'s goals. By the same token, knowing the prosecutor for the case, the office in general, and how much latitude each individual prosecutor has is nearly as important.

I can provide an analysis of the case to the best of my abilities based on the information available, and a likely set of outcomes based on the same.
