$375,000 Settlement
On November 14, 2014, a 49-year-old social worker Mr. Q. was involved in a car accident, where he was T-boned from the left side. Defendant eventually had to admit his fault for the happening of the accident, but the real problem, in this case, was Mr. Q’s damages. As a result of his accident he had right shoulder surgery, however, at the examination before trial, being represented by another firm, Mr. Q was confused and said that the problems with the surgery stemmed from the sports injury several years before the accident.
