Steve married his high school sweetheart, Jacque, more than 40 years ago. They have been together since they were 16 years old. They have 3 sons – Josh, Grant, and Tyler, 3 grandchildren – Anna, Holden (aka “Duke”) and Brogan, and 3 “daughters-in-law” – Sara, Emley, and Elizabeth.

At Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., we have tried to set the standard for ethics and competence in the field of adoption law. We treat expectant mothers with kindness and respect and are always available to answer questions from both expectant mothers and prospective adoptive parents.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Especially, in the field of newborn adoption, prospective clients need to be sure the attorney who is assisting them has knowledge and experience handling newborn adoptions. Because an attorney has handled a step parent or relative adoption does not mean they have the expertise to navigate through a newborn adoption.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?No only does Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., offer free phone consultations. Our office phones are answered 24/7/365 by a member of our regular office staff - not by an answering service or machine.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., only handles adoptions. We have the largest adoption practice in the state and one of the largest in the country.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?In an adoption, everyone benefits from the process. The birth parents have the peace of mind in knowing their child is in a loving and secure home. The adoptive parents are able to fulfill their dreams of becoming parents, and the child has the opportunity to realize a bright, opportunity-filled future. When handled correctly, adoption is truly "win-win-win".
